Join Coach Ridge Combines for a youth baseball camp featuring New York Yankees SS prospect Core Jackson at Hornell Little League in summer 2027!
A professional shortstop, Jackson was selected by the Yankees in the fifth round of the 2025 MLB Draft, 164th overall, out of the University of Utah. He advanced to the Somerset Patriots, the Yankees’ Double-A affiliate, during the 2026 season. “ This kid could be the starting SS in the next few years!”
Open to boys and girls ages 7–16 from Hornell and all surrounding areas, our camp gives young athletes an opportunity to develop their baseball skills, build confidence, and connect with a professional athlete.
Players rotate through approximately eight stations, spending 25–35 minutes at each while learning fundamentals from current and former college coaches, current varsity players, and youth coaches. One station features a photo and autograph opportunity with Core Jackson.
Whether your child is new to baseball or looking to sharpen their skills, join us for a day of learning, teamwork, and encouragement!
Date: To be announced—tentatively July 2027
